SAN FRANCISCO (February 15, 2023) – Pantheon, the SaaS-based website operations (WebOps) platform for developers, designers, and marketers, today announced the launch of Pantheon Learning, an online training hub that empowers users to innovate their approach to website creation, launch, and management and drive exponential value from their platform investment. The library of self-paced courses, virtual trainer-led instruction opportunities, and digital experience best practices support enterprise teams’ ultimate goal – to achieve extraordinary performance with their websites.

Pantheon Learning’s on-demand workshops are designed to support teams of varying skill levels with enhanced efficiency, productivity, and time-to-market. The courses, developed by Pantheon’s team of Drupal and WordPress experts, cover critical topics like automation, tech stack integration approaches, and site go-live best practices.

“Pantheon Learning is a powerful resource that gives cross-functional teams the knowledge they need to deliver best in class digital experiences,” said Meredith Brown, Pantheon chief product officer. “When teams can quickly onboard, learn new skills, or uncover new ways to maximize their technology, they deliver better website experiences. This is crucial in our current economic environment, when every interaction can make or break a customer’s willingness to engage with your brand.”

According to a recent study by Pantheon and Hanover Research, consumers consider the website a brand’s most important touchpoint. This emphasizes the need for teams to optimize their sites and continuously innovate their digital experiences to meet customers’ evolving needs and preferences. A growing number of teams are leveling up their sites with decoupled architectures, which deliver exceptional user experiences, resilience and results. This quarter, Pantheon enhanced support for decoupled projects with new Front-End Sites features that improve the development and editorial experiences, enable seamless channel- and device-responsive content delivery and design, and accelerate time to launch.

Pantheon also introduced these platform enhancements:

  • Enterprise Billing Center: The new Enterprise Billing Center, available in the Pantheon Dashboard, streamlines access to off-cycle invoices and site portfolio reports. Users can now easily understand invoices related to traffic overages and new site add-ons, along with associated data visualizations showing how each site contributes to overall cost.

  • Autopilot Updates: Autopilot now gives teams the flexibility to keep their sites secure and up-to-date in their preferred workflows. With the new “Do Not Deploy Updates” feature, users can keep automated updates isolated to the Autopilot Multidev environment and align them with existing development processes and workflows. This introduces more control over site update timing, while continuing to benefit from the automation and testing capabilities of Autopilot.
