Pantheon Taps Industry Veteran Conor Headon to Spearhead EMEA Sales Amid Major International Expansion
SAN FRANCISCO – September 23, 2025 – Pantheon, the platform that makes the web work for marketing and development teams, today announced the appointment of Conor Headon as VP of Sales for EMEA. The strategic hire signals a significant investment in Pantheon’s international growth to meet the surging demand for its WebOps platform across Europe.
In his new role, Headon will be responsible for building and scaling Pantheon’s sales operations across the EMEA region. He will focus on establishing a world-class go-to-market team, driving new business acquisition, and fostering deep relationships with enterprise customers and digital agency partners. The expansion is a direct response to the growing number of European organizations seeking to streamline their website operations to more effectively leverage open source.

Conor joins Pantheon with over a decade of experience scaling high growth SaaS companies across EMEA. He was among the first hires at both DocuSign and ActiveCampaign in Europe, playing a pivotal role in establishing each company’s regional footprint during periods of hyper-growth. At ActiveCampaign, he was responsible for global revenue - where he built and led international teams, expanded the company’s presence across multiple markets, and opened new lines of business worldwide. His expertise lies in building and scaling customer-centric teams, forging strategic partnerships, and helping enterprise clients navigate critical technology decisions.
