Pantheon Launches New Features to Elevate Security, Performance, and Engagement

SAN FRANCISCO (May 15, 2024) – Pantheon, the SaaS-based website operations (WebOps) platform for developers, designers and marketers, has introduced a series of platform enhancements designed to elevate site security, streamline performance, and unlock access to powerful personalization capabilities.  These new features allow digital teams to protect their organization’s most valuable digital asset, boost efficiency and productivity for developers, and maximize the value of first-party data to create richer user experiences.

As the volume and complexity of website security concerns continue to rise, digital teams are focused on fortifying their sites against malicious traffic and other attacks. This new feature allows teams to prevent domain hijacking by confirming ownership of domains when they are added to Pantheon. This provides an added layer of protection against bad actors that may try to compromise an organization’s website portfolio. 

In addition, Pantheon continues to invest in features that enhance overall website performance and meet the evolving needs of marketing and digital teams. As part of this commitment, Pantheon has unveiled an exclusive partnership with Lytics to provide free access to the Lytics Personalization Engine for mutual customers. This partnership enables teams to create personalized web experiences in 30 days or less, without relying on third-party cookies or the traditional tag-based approach, which can undermine the end-user experience.  By leveraging Google Generative AI and first-party data, Pantheon and Lytics are radically democratizing the power of personalization for organizations of all sizes.

Among these is upgrading to New Relic v10.16.0.5, an update that allows digital teams to swiftly troubleshoot issues on WordPress and Drupal instances, boosting productivity and ensuring seamless performance for site visitors. Pantheon also has launched Workflow Logs, in Early Access. The Workflow Logs feature is specifically designed to enable teams to monitor and resolve issues faster, ensuring more reliable user experiences and peak website performance.
