Pantheon Appoints Michelle Curless as Chief Customer Officer

Additionally, she aims to enhance early engagement by strengthening customer onboarding and lifecycle interactions, proactively identifying improvement opportunities. Curless will also kick off an in-person roadshow to meet with customers and partner agencies, building stronger relationships and aligning with their needs. Finally, she will focus on optimizing services and support to ensure customers receive the right expertise at the right time.
