Can I try Pantheon for free?
Yes! Sign up for a free trial here. Please note that a paid Site Plan is required to take your site live.
How does Pantheon calculate traffic and how do we charge?
Based on two components: Site Visits and Pages Served.
- Site Visits are counted when a visitor receives a 200-level (and some 300-level) response code from your site. We identify unique visitors based on a combination of user agent (device/browser) and IP address (network source).
- Pages Served refers to the number of requests for resources generated by your CMS (WordPress or Drupal).
What if I have a traffic spike?
We have you covered. All Annual Performance and Elite Plans come with one month of Overage Protection (four months for qualified nonprofits!), so you won’t be charged for externally driven traffic spikes or if your business has an annual “big event” but operates at a lower traffic rate throughout the rest of the year.
How many users can I have with my Workspace Plan?
You can invite and collaborate with as many team members as needed. No limits!
How do I qualify for preferred pricing?

Are there any other costs or fees beyond the Workspace and Site Plan pricing?
We offer paid add-ons and professional services that can enhance the functionality of your platform. To understand any potential additional costs specific to your usage scenario, please contact sales.
Which technology integrations does Pantheon support?
As Pantheon is built to be compatible with WordPress and Drupal, it inherently supports all the integrations and plugins in the Drupal and WordPress ecosystem of plugins, themes, and extensions. For more information, please see our Integrations page.
What is the onboarding and implementation process? Is it included in my price?
We offer a range of onboarding and implementation options from self-guided documentation and resources to personalized guidance, hands-on support, and customized configurations. Enhanced onboarding services may incur an additional fee.
