Pantheon Names Seasoned SaaS Leader John Gardiner its Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer

SAN FRANCISCO (September 19, 2023) – Pantheon, the SaaS-based website operations (WebOps) platform for developers, designers, and marketers, today announced it has appointed John Gardiner the company’s Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer. In this dual leadership role, he is an integral part of the Pantheon executive team and will focus on value creation and driving efforts to transform and scale operational initiatives, systems, growth, legal, and finance company wide. 

Gardiner is an exceptional software leader with more than 30 years of experience across global, high-growth cloud businesses. During his tenure as ZoomInfo President and Chief Financial Officer, Gardiner helped significantly scale the business and led the company’s exit, which resulted in the highest return on invested capital in TA Associates’ 50-year history. He also brings in-depth knowledge of website operations and digital experience platform industries to the role, previously serving as Sitecore Chief Financial Officer.
