Roland has over 20 years of experience leading marketing teams focused on propelling disruptive products and services into the market from CPG to MarTech, and PaaS. Roland most recently served as the vice president of social and community marketing at Oracle. He’s also held marketing leadership roles with Involver (acquired by Oracle), Sprout (acquired by InMobi), and at AdaptivePath (acquired by CapitalOne).
Roland was a founding member of the Business Agility Institute, co-hosts The Marketing Agility Podcast, and his book The Agile Marketer: Turning Customer Experience Into Your Competitive Advantage was published in 2016 by Wiley.
Roland lives in Marin California with his wife and two sons where he can often be found hiking and mountain biking or running in Golden Gate Recreation Area.
