Maureen oversees the people function at Pantheon and is focused on supporting Pantheon through a period of rapid growth and integration. Maureen brings 25+ years in Organizational Development, Change Planning, and Human Resources Management, to Pantheon and has worked in management and executive levels in organizations ranging from 75 to 60,00 employees in ten industries and across five continents. She is an expert in large-scale change efforts with extensive experience in integration strategy, organizational and cultural change planning, and strategic communication.
Maureen has completed studies in Economics and Political Science at UCSB, earned a degree in BS Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur College, and a Masters Degree in Transformative Leadership from California Institute of Integral Studies.
