Who can submit a referral?
If you're a Pantheon customer, you're already eligible. It's that simple!
Who qualifies as a valid referral?
A valid referral is someone who isn't already a Pantheon customer and meets our basic eligibility criteria. You'll earn $250 when your referral books a meeting with us, and $500 when they take their site live on Pantheon. For full details, see our Terms & Conditions.
How much can I earn?
You can earn up to $750 per referral. You'll receive a $250 reward when your referral books a qualified meeting, and an additional $500 when they become a customer.
When will I receive my reward?
Once your referral books a meeting or takes their site live on Pantheon, we'll reach out with instructions on how to claim your reward - typically within 30–45 days, though it can sometimes take a little longer.
How do I choose my reward?
When it's time to redeem, we'll send you an email from referrals@pantheon.io so you can choose what works best for you! A Visa or Amazon gift card, or a donation to a charity close to your heart.
What if my employer doesn't allow personal incentives?
No problem! You can choose to donate your reward to a charity of your choice instead.
How is my data used?
Your privacy matters to us. Any information you share is used only to evaluate fit and reach out about Pantheon, nothing else. Both you and your referred contact can opt out at any time. For full details, check out our Pantheon Privacy Policy.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
The more the merrier! There's no limit on how many people you can refer, so keep them coming.
Can I refer someone who has used Pantheon before but isn't a current customer?
