Once you submit a referral, we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.  Here's how it breaks down:

• $300 when we send your referral becomes a Pantheon customer

After you sign up, we'll reach out when a prospect with a similar background or use case wants to hear from a customer like you! At that point, someone from Sales will connect with you directly to walk through next steps and of course, make sure you get that $100 charity donation for your time.

After you submit your interest, you can expect to hear from someone on our team to set up time to learn more about what topics you're interested in, what your availability looks like, and what upcoming events might be a good fit. We'll help with any presentation materials, then connect you with our events team to make sure you're set up for success, travel plans included. You'll also get speaker recognition and introductions to our executive network!

After you sign up, we'll send you an email with simple next steps on how to submit your review and claim your $50 gift card.

A couple of things to know: this one's reserved for customers who've been with us for 6+ months and have gotten to explore a variety of our tools. Signing up doesn't automatically qualify you- but don't worry, we'll reach out to learn a bit more about you, and if it's a great fit, our content team will follow up to get some time on the calendar.

Our team reviews every submission and reaches out directly when an opportunity matches your interests. Some things, like a reference call, can move quickly. Others, like a speaking slot, depend on upcoming events and the right fit, so timing varies.

No problem at all. You can opt out at any time, and you're always welcome to opt back in later. Just let us know either way.

Totally understandable. Some organizations have policies against it accepting gifts, and in that case, we're happy to direct your reward as a charity donation instead, or work with you to find another option that fits your situation.

Not necessarily, and we want to be upfront about that. For things like case studies, we're often looking for a specific fit for the story we're telling, so not every submission gets selected right away. But raising your hand keeps you in the mix for future opportunities too, so nothing goes to waste.

It depends on what you did! Each way of participating comes with its own reward, some are gift cards, some are charity donations, some are a feature or spotlight. Once you've completed something, our team will reach out directly with the specific next steps for claiming your reward.
