Common questions about the User Experience Research Program
What is expected of participants?
If you join the Pantheon Research Panel, you get invited to participate in our internal product development and research projects. We'll contact you via email with details about upcoming research that you may be a match for. From there, you can decide if you want to participate by filling out the initial questionnaire. If you're too busy at the moment, you can ignore the invitation. There's no obligation to respond or take part!
Who can participate?
Anyone above the age of 18 is welcome to participate, including developers, admins, and content creators. Every bit of feedback is valuable to us. We are interested in speaking to both current and prospective Pantheon customers.
What will you do with my personal information and feedback?
The feedback you provide will only be used to the extent it is needed to carry out the research, and we will reach back out to you only if follow-up is required. We will not send you any marketing or promotional materials. Your feedback, in response to our research, will only be shared internally with our team. What's in it for me?
As a member of the Pantheon Research Panel, you will have the benefit of early access to new features, be invited to participate in paid research studies, and have a direct line of communication to the Pantheon Product team. As a thank you, we offer incentives, like digital gift cards and Pantheon swag to compensate you for collaborating with us.

Yes. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us directly or using the opt-out link provided via email.
